make sure we always post new reflow events to the topmost queue, and don't skip creating new reflow events just because we happen to have one an elder queue.

d7ebbb7e37 Split strict mode into almost-standards and full-standards mode, where the only quirk in almost standards mode is the quirky inline box model. Remove previous fix for bug 151620.     - Added aIsSynchronous arg to the ScrollSelectionIntoView()
      method of nsISelectionController and nsIFrameSelection.
      Updated all callers to pass new arg.

    - Modified selection to post a plevent to call which does the
      call to ScrollIntoView() in the async ScrollIntoView() case.

    - Edits in text widgets now use asynchronous reflow, paint,
      and scroll processing full time.

    - Removed redundant ScrollSelectionIntoView() calls in the
      editor event listeners.

    - Editor IME code now forced to flush reflows and paints before
      getting caret coordinates.

d0c75deab7 Fixing loss of focus when opening a URL in a new tab. If we receive a focus event and have not done an initial reflow yet, go ahead and do one so that we can dispatch the event. f518f7896f Remove ClearUndisplayedContentMap hack from ReconstructStyleData (expanded for bug 118014; see bug 136728). Fix multiple content inserted notifications from XBL (the real cause of bug 118014) by checking the undisplayed content map in addition to the primary frame map. 95e043f00f Fix for bug 124990, Add additional processing loop for DOM event listeners to allow browser level handlers to be fired after content based listeners. r:saari, sr:jst 
Browser based listeners can now registers themselves using the AddGroupedEventListener and passing the system event group (which can be gotten via the nsIDOMEventReceiver interface).  These listeners will now fire after all content based listeners have processed.
In this initial version of the checkin most browser listeners are still left in the original content group for stability purposes.

4b63835325 Fix up and enable hierarchical :hover and remove the hacks that made :hover work for anchors without it. Pass mask rather than pseudo-class to ContentStatesChanged notifications. 367cc93c8f - Implement the :checked CSS pseudoclass which maps to the "selected" property on option elements. 
- Eliminate the _moz-option-selected attribute; move the actual selected state into the option content node.
- Change all users of _moz-option-selected to use :checked.
- Add a third parameter to nsIDocument[Observer]::ContentStatesChanged to indicate which pseudoclass changed, this is used for optimizing handling of :checked state changes.

34a3766b12 Fix for bug 83650 (textarea control has problems with caret positioning at end) 
and bug 97207 (textarea pastes sometimes misplaced by failing to reposition).

  - Added new utility method GetOriginToViewOffset().

  - Modified nsPresShell::HandleEvent(), nsBoxFrame::GetFrameForPoint(),
    and nsContainerFrame::GetFrameForPointUsing() to factor in the
    offset from GetOriginToViewOffset() to insure that the point
    used is always transformed into the correct coordinate system.
