This will allow us to add a pref for this, and to parse it only on chrome easily.

d9d628bfa4 Bug 1455576 part 2 - Add a ValueInfo trait for exposing types needed by devtools. r=emilio 
Most of types just derive it using proc_macro directly. Some of value
types need manual impl.

In my current plan, this new trait will be used in bug 1434130 to expose
values as well.

3b52622ff3 servo: Merge #19665 - style_derive: Support parse-time aliases (from emilio:derive-parse-alias); r=Manishearth 
This will allow #19659 to use derive on display using:

    #[parse(aliases = "-webkit-flex")]
    Flex,
    #[parse(aliases = "-webkit-inline-flex")]
    InlineFlex,

And such.
