This adds an assertion checking for duplicate items whenever we create an item, and when we merge an item into the final list.
I had to disable tracking for the anonymous inner list for nsDisplayPerspective and nsDisplayTransform (and manually forward RemoveFrame to them), as well as skipping the assertion for multi-page (since we can end up duplicating wrap lists, but isn't a problem, since we don't retain these).

-Wmissing-prototypes is a new optional warning available in clang ToT. It warns about global functions that have no previous function declaration (e.g. from an #included header file). These functions can probably be made static (allowing the compiler to better optimize them) or they may be unused.
Confusingly, clang's -Wmissing-prototypes is equivalent to gcc's -Wmissing-declarations, not gcc's -Wmissing-prototypes. A function prototype is a function declaration that specifies the function's argument types. C++ requires that all function declarations specify their argument types, but C does not. As such, gcc's -Wmissing-prototypes is a C-only warning about C functions that have no previous function *prototypes* (with argument types), even if a previous function *declaration* (without argument types) was seen.

Prior to this change, we would print a selection by:
* reflowing the whole document into one infinitely long page
* position at the top of the selection to print the first page
* move the position down by a page length each time to print subsequent pages
This has several shortcomings, detailed in the bug.
This approach uses the original document selection to create an inverted
selection in the document cloned for printing, adding an ellipsis when ranges
start or end in text nodes, then deletes that selection from the document prior
to printing.
This patch was generated automatically by the "modeline.py" script, available
here: https://github.com/amccreight/moz-source-tools/blob/master/modeline.py
For every file that is modified in this patch, the changes are as follows:
(1) The patch changes the file to use the exact C++ mode lines from the
Mozilla coding style guide, available here:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Developer_guide/Coding_Style#Mode_Line
(2) The patch deletes any blank lines between the mode line & the MPL
boilerplate comment.
(3) If the file previously had the mode lines and MPL boilerplate in a
single contiguous C++ comment, then the patch splits them into
separate C++ comments, to match the boilerplate in the coding style.

The nsSimplePageSequenceFrame::Reflow calls DateTimeFormat::FormatTime().
In 32 bit environment, this conversion will overflow. So this patch will use
DateTimeFormat::FormatPRTime() instead of it.

nsReflowStatus::IsEmpty() assertions are added after DISPLAY_REFLOW in the
beginning of the Reflow().
A few Reflow() implementations have Reset() calls at the end which are left
in place by this patch (with an explanatory comment added to each). These
ending Reset()s are only needed for cases where a non-splittable frame
passes its own nsReflowStatus to a child's reflow method. Just in case the
child leaves a "not fully complete" value in the nsReflowStatus, the
non-splittable parent frame must clear out the nsReflowStatus before
returning, so that its own parent doesn't then try to split it.

This removes about 2/3 of the occurrences of nsXPIDLString in the tree. The
places where nsXPIDLStrings are null-checked are replaced with |rv| checks.
The patch also removes a couple of unused declarations from
nsIStringBundle.idl.
Note that nsStringBundle::GetStringFromNameHelper() was merged into
GetStringFromName(), because they both would have had the same signature.
nsIFrame::mClass is of type enum class nsQueryFrame::ClassID which is
a strict subset of the nsQueryFrame::FrameIID values. For a concrete
frame class, its FrameIID is the same numeric value as its ClassID.

Calling CreateReferenceRenderingContext currently returns a non-recording DrawTarget even
when the nsIDeviceContextSpec within the nsDeviceContext has a DrawEventRecorder, due to
bug 1354624. Since we've already called BeginPage we can call CreateRenderingContext instead
though and that will give us a recording DrawTarget as we require to record the canvas drawing.
This patch is written by the following script with some manual adjustment to
the comment in nsRubyTextContainerFrame.cpp and nsRubyFrame.cpp, and
nsColumnSetFrame's constructor.

rename "nsReflowStatus *([a-zA-Z0-9]*) = NS_FRAME_COMPLETE" "nsReflowStatus \1"
rename "([a-zA-Z0-9.*]*) *= NS_FRAME_COMPLETE;" "\1.Reset();"
rename "([a-zA-Z0-9.*]*) == NS_FRAME_COMPLETE" "\1.IsEmpty()"
