CSS scroll snapping attributes:
- scroll-snap-type / scroll-snap-type-x / scroll-snap-type-y
- scroll-snap-points-x / scroll-snap-points-y
- scroll-snap-destination
- (scroll-snap-coordinate does not apply to the scroll container)
- Simplified the constructor and operator== for ScrollbarStyles.
