This patch does these things:
1. it moves nsScriptElement, nsScriptLoader, ScriptSettings, nsIScriptElement
and nsIScriptLoaderObserver in dom/script
2. it renames nsScriptElement to mozilla::dom::ScriptElement
3. it renames nsScriptLaoder to mozilla::dom::ScriptLoader

If the mathml.disabled preference is true, treat <math> and other MathML
elements as generic XML elements.
This patch disables the rendering code of MathML however preserves the
namespace so to reduce the breakage.

The bulk of this commit was generated with a script, executed at the top

part was modifying MFBT's moz.build to reflect the new naming.
