nsTextFrame stores text as single byte character array if all characters are
less than U+0100. Although, this saves footprint, but retrieving and modifying
text needs converting cost. Therefore, if it's created for a text node in
<input> or <textarea>, it should store text as char16_t array.

Our current machinery for enabling stylo requires a docshell - if there isn't
one, we default to the Gecko style system.
When getComputedStyle operates on an element without a presshell, it uses the
caller's presshell instead. If the element has previously been styled with
one style system (but no longer has a presshell), and the caller uses a
different style backend, using the caller's style system can cause crashes when
we pull bits of cached data off the DOM (like cached style attributes).
So we want to throw when window.getComputedStyle(element) is called for a
(window, element) pair with different style backends (which is what the next
patch in this bug does).
However, that causes a few failures where stylo-backed documents try to do
getComputedStyle on an XHR document (which, without a docshell, will use the
gecko style system).
So this patch does some work to propagate the creator's style backend into
various docshell-less documents. This should allow both chrome (which uses gecko)
and content (which uses stylo) to use getComputedStyle on the response document
for XHRs they create.
Note that the second patch in this bug will make
chromeWin.getComputedStyle(contentObj) throw. If we discover code that does
that, we can just make it invoke the content's getComputedStyle method over Xrays.

The spec puts it on the Document interface, not HTMLDocument, so it
should apply to XML documents as well. In general we want APIs to be
available for all types of documents unless there's a specific reason
not to.

This patch moves measurement of ComputedValues objects from Rust to C++.
Measurement now happens (a) via DOM elements and (b) remaining elements via
the frame tree. Likewise for the style structs hanging off ComputedValues
objects.
Here is an example of the output.

The 'servo-style-structs' and 'computed-values' sub-trees are new. (Prior to
this patch, ComputedValues under DOM elements were tallied under the the
'dom/element-nodes' sub-tree, and ComputedValues not under DOM element were
ignored.) 'servo-style-structs/sundries' aggregates all the style structs that
are smaller than 8 KiB.
Other notable things done by the patch are as follows.
- It significantly changes the signatures of the methods measuring nsINode and
its subclasses, in order to handle the tallying of style structs separately
from element-nodes. Likewise for nsIFrame.
- It renames the 'layout/style-structs' sub-tree as
'layout/gecko-style-structs', to clearly distinguish it from the new
'layout/servo-style-structs' sub-tree.
- It adds some FFI functions to access various Rust-side data structures from
C++ code.
- There is a nasty hack used twice to measure Arcs, by stepping backwards from
an interior pointer to a base pointer. It works, but I want to replace it
with something better eventually. The "XXX WARNING" comments have details.
- It makes DMD print a line to the console if it sees a pointer it doesn't
recognise. This is useful for detecting when we are measuring an interior
pointer instead of a base pointer, which is bad but easy to do when Arcs are
involved.
- It removes the Rust code for measuring CVs, because it's now all done on the
C++ side.

This patch does the following.
- Moves nsWindowSizes from nsWindowMemoryReporter.h to its own file,
nsWindowSizes.h, so it can be included more widely without exposing
nsWindowMemoryReporter.
- Merges nsArenaMemoryStats.h (which defines nsTabSizes and nsArenaMemoryStats)
into nsWindowSizes.h.
- Renames nsArenaMemoryStats as nsArenaSizes, and nsWindowSizes::mArenaStats as
nsWindowSizes::mArenaSizes. This is the more usual naming scheme for such
types.
- Renames FRAME_ID_STAT_FIELD as NS_ARENA_SIZES_FIELD.
- Passes nsWindowSizes to PresShell::AddSizeOfIncludingThis() and
nsPresArena::AddSizeOfExcludingThis(), instead of a bunch of smaller things.
One nice consequence is that the odd nsArenaMemoryStats::mOther field is no
longer necessary, because we can update nsWindowSizes::mLayoutPresShellSize
directly in nsPresArena::AddSizeOfExcludingThis().
- Adds |const| to a few methods.

Change the interface to GetAlowsInline to take an nsISupports* instead
of a string, and pass the nsIScriptElement directly. If we don't have an
element, then pass nullptr or the mock string created as an
nsISupportsString.

Currently, these two functions take nsIFormControl* as argument, but we only
pass HTMLInputElements to it, so we can change it to take HTMLInputElement* to
avoid overhead in casting.

IsRequired() helper function returns the current 'required' state of the
element, that is, whether its required attribute is set or not. This will be
used only for input elements that @required applies.
All the SizeOf{In,Ex}cludingThis() functions take a MallocSizeOf function
which measures memory blocks. This patch introduces a new type, SizeOfState,
which includes a MallocSizeOf function *and* a table of already-measured
pointers, called SeenPtrs. This gives us a general mechanism to measure
graph-like data structures, by recording which nodes have already been
measured. (This approach is used in a number of existing reporters, but not in
a uniform fashion.)
The patch also converts the window memory reporting to use SizeOfState in a lot
of places, all the way through to the measurement of Elements. This is a
precursor for bug 1383977 which will measure Stylo elements, which involve
Arcs.
The patch also converts the existing mAlreadyMeasuredOrphanTrees table in the
OrphanReporter to use the new mechanism.
Because we want to remove nsAdoptingString. We have other variants that don't
use nsAdoptingString, which can be used instead. There are three basic
patterns.
1. The easiest case is when we don't check for success.
> nsAdoptingString s = Preferences::GetString("foo");
> foo(s);
becomes:
> nsAutoString s;
> Preferences::GetString("foo", s);
> foo(s);
2. The next case is when we check if the result is empty.
> nsAdoptingString s = Preferences::GetString("foo");
> if (s.IsEmpty()) { ... }
becomes:
> nsAutoString s;
> Preferences::GetString("foo", s);
> if (s.IsEmpty()) { ... }
3. The final case is when we null check the result.
> nsAdoptingString s = Preferences::GetString("foo");
> if (s) { ... }
becomes:
> nsAutoString s;
> nsresult rv = Preferences::GetString("foo", s);
> if (NS_SUCCEEDED(rv)) { ... }
The patch also avoids some UTF8/UTF16 conversions in a few places.
Revert "Bug 1379762 part 3. Don't mess about with load blockers if our document is already in the COMPLETE readyState. r=smaug"
This reverts commit 942614f701b47b4a650a0ec3d206d6c5921aba84.
This commit changes async keyboard scrolling to be enabled only if the content to
scroll is from a selection. This works around the problem of detecting whether
an arbitrary element has key listeners that should prevent async key scrolling,
because when they have the focus we will have disabled async key scrolling.

Most of these changes are just replacements of GetNativeOfWrapper with
UnwrapReflectorToISupports, which is all it did under the hood.
The other changes are as follows:
* In nsDOMClassInfo, we really care whether we have a window, so we can just
UNWRAP_OBJECT to the Window interface, since Window is always on Web IDL
bindings now. Also, the weird compartment check hasn't been needed ever since
GetNativeOfWrapper stopped returning things off the passed-in object's
prototype chain (Firefox 22, bug 658909).
* The only use of do_QueryWrapper was to get a Window in nsDocument; again we
can UNWRAP_OBJECT.
* In XPCJSRuntime, we again just want to check for a Window, so UNWRAP_OBJECT.
