4b8b5e1717 Bug 1465585: Switch from mozilla::Move to std::move. r=froydnj 
This was done automatically replacing:

  s/mozilla::Move/std::move/
  s/ Move(/ std::move(/
  s/(Move(/(std::move(/

Removing the 'using mozilla::Move;' lines.

And then with a few manual fixups, see the bug for the split series..

1b8802d510 Bug 1428685 - Use dom.webcomponents.shadowdom.enabled pref for Shadow DOM. r=smaug 
Most of the Shadow DOM related code are behind "dom.webcomponents.enabled" and
this pref is only used by Shadow DOM right now, so we should rename it to
"dom.webcomponents.shadowdom.enabled"

c960210ca2 Bug 1426525 part 1. Remove XULDocument's mRefMap member, since there should be no XUL elements with 'ref' attributes anymore. r=smaug 
'ref' used to be used for templates, but those are gone as of bug 1425356 being
fixed.
