3d1516937a Bug 1403365 - fixed intermittent in browser_pageinfo_firstPartyIsolation.js r=baku 
When we try to load https://example.com/browser/browser/base/content/test/pageinfo/image.html,
sometimes BrowserTestUtils will return early even the page doesn't load
yet, for example, the browser.currentURI is still about:blank.
And loading about:blank will cause error in pageInfo.js, hence caused
the timeout.

So I add more parameters to browserLoaded to make sure browwserLoaded is
returned with the correct url.

13deb84607 Bug 1425356 - remove local-build-only 'buster' XSLT qa tool, r=florian,Pike 
This tool has basically been untouched since hg@1, except for codebase-wise changes, and as far as I can tell has
never had UI in Firefox (only in comm-central). It's the only remaining consumer of XUL templates, and I'm assuming it
can just be removed.

b66101451a Bug 1380465 - Drop the expected reflows about focus on url bar. r=mconley 
Since bug 1377447 we use EnsurePresShellInitAndFrames for
FlushPendingNotification when textbox gets focused, and
EnsurePresShellInitAndFrames should not trigger any reflows.  So in theory,
there is something causes a reflow that we could improve on other platforms.
