9aa94e684e Bug 1642863: Ensure that value is passed into buildRow as array containing Text node; r=jaws 
`value` is not a string ID. On desktop this doesn't seem to matter because
`value` never passes the `FLUENT_IDENT_REGEX` test. OTOH, on Android it does.

This patch also exposes the desktop environment and window protocol on
the gfx blocklist, allowing us more control over feature deployment.
This will help with the slow rollout of WebRender to release channels.

Wrap around the pref `media.mediacapabilities.from-database` the option to enumerate MediaCapabilities database in `about:support` page. When the pref is off the button disappears and the enumeration method returns early.

53f9626acf bug 1594351: toolkit: include remote protocol section in about:support; r=remote-protocol-reviewers,fluent-reviewers,Gijs,flod,maja_zf 
This adds a new section at the bottom of about:support to show the
current status of the CDP-based remote agent service.  This section will
display useful troubleshooting information regarding the remote agent.

The remote agent is a forthcoming low-level RPC protocol providing
debugging interfaces for Gecko internals.  Because it exposes
browser-internals to the surrounding system we need a clear way
for the user to find if it is listening for browser-external connections.

The table, entitled "Remote Debugging (Chromium Protocol)", contains
the following new information:

	Accepting connections	whether the HTTPD is listening for incoming connections
	URL			connection endpoint for clients

617aa5ed6a Bug 1556822 - Add the display color profile to about:support. r=miko 
This adds the base64 encoded color profile to the about:support page in
order to allow us to better diagnose and reproduce color management
issues. We can extract this, decode it and load it directly via the
gfx.color_management.display_profile pref.

edcbfbba6e Bug 1544105 - Part 2. Add new gfx driver vendor field to telemetry and about:support. r=jrmuizel,chutten,flod data-r=bmiroglio 
Expose the driver vendor information (applies to Linux only at this
moment) to crash report telemetry and about:support. This will be useful
when debugging issues to know specifically what driver is in use.

Also expose the monitor information for Linux. Part 1 provides an
implementation to get the monitor information on said platform.
