7ced9eb1ec Bug 1520526 - Add categories to all profiler markers; r=mstange
This commit adds categories to all markers. This way the profiler's
marker categories and frame label categories agree. There are a few
duplicate category properties on some of the marker payloads, but
this could be cleaned up in a follow-up if needed.

Now, nobody requires nsIContentIterator interface. So, we can get rid of it.

Unfortunately, there is no macro to keep the inherited class,
ContentSubtreeIterator, in the cycle collection to make it keep managing
ContentSubtreeIterator::mRange without nsISupports interface. Therefore, this
patch moves it into ContentIteratorBase temporarily. Anyway, the following
patch makes those classes not refcountable. At that time, this issue will be
fixed.

dc336a73ba Bug 1517241 - Rename nsIDocument to mozilla::dom::Document. r=smaug
Summary: Really sorry for the size of the patch. It's mostly automatic
s/nsIDocument/Document/ but I had to fix up in a bunch of places manually to
add the right namespacing and such.

Overall it's not a very interesting patch I think.

nsDocument.cpp turns into Document.cpp, nsIDocument.h into Document.h and
nsIDocumentInlines.h into DocumentInlines.h.

I also changed a bunch of nsCOMPtr usage to RefPtr, but not all of it.

While fixing up some of the bits I also removed some unneeded OwnerDoc() null
checks and such, but I didn't do anything riskier than that.

This needs to add a few of includes in other places which were relying on the

I also needed to move an AnimationTimeline destructor out of line because it
relied on dom::Animation being defined, yet Animation.h includes
AnimationTimeline.h, so include hell.

35c5a6a286 Bug 1511137 - Track more accurately when the main thread originates a resolution change. r=kats
The tracking is done using nsAtom origins, similarly to how updates to the
scroll offset are tracked.

Currently, APZ still uses some heuristics to deduce that the main thread
originated a resolution change in some cases, but the intention is to try
to remove those and rely only on this mechanism in the future.

8fc281bdb4 Bug 1504220 - Move ScrollableLayerGuid, ViewID, ZoomConstraints from FrameMetrics.h r=botond
This commit attempts to lower the pain of modifying FrameMetrics.h.

It looks like most includes really only want ViewID or
ScrollableLayerGuid, so this commit factors them out into a separate
header. In the process FrameMetrics::ViewID is changed to
ScrollableLayerGuid::ViewID, which personally seems like a better
place for it now that we have RepaintRequest. Unfortunately that
requires a lot of places to be updated.

After this commit there are still a couple of major places that
FrameMetrics is included.
 * nsDisplayList.h
 * nsIScrollableFrame.h
 * Layers.h

Those are going to be more tricky or impossible to fix so they're
not in this commit.

063bcb9ece Bug 1486971 - Test for dynamically change of the prefers-reduced-motion setting on MacOSX. r=froydnj,mstange
The framework to simulate the setting change works as following;

 - nsIDOMWindowUtils.setPrefersReducedMotion() calls an IPC function which ends
   up calling nsChildView::SetPrefersReducedMotion() in the parent process

 - nsChildView::SetPrefersReducedMotion() sets the given value into
   nsLookAndFeel::mPrefersReducedMotionCached just like we set the value queried
   via NSWorkspace.accessibilityDisplayShouldReduceMotion in the parent process
   and send a notification which is the same notification MacOSX sends when the
   system setting changed

 - Normally the cached value is cleared before quering new values since the
   cache value is stale, but in this case the value is up-to-date one, so
   nsChildView::SetPrefersReducedMotion() tells that we don't need to clear the
   cache, and nsIDOMWindowUtils.resetPrefersReducedMotion() resets that state
   of 'we don't need to clear the cache'

There are two test cases with the framework in this commit, one is just setting
the value and checking the value queried by window.matchMedia. The other one is
receiving 'change' event and checking the value of the event target.

Note that to make this test works the patch for bug 1478212 is necessary since
the test runs in an iframe.

e3c273104b Bug 1425700 - Add a test for the use counters. r=heycam
Mostly testing that they work, and that they record what we expect them to
record, that is, the actual property that was parsed, and not the properties
that it'd resolve or expand to.

That may be another tricky part for CSSOM, I think style setters would fail an
alias test if implemented with the current setup (we do the property lookup in
C++).

The test case in this patch fails without the proper fix in the first patch
in this patch series.

In this patch two new nsIDOMWindowUtils APIs are introduced to change the
system font settins in tests. Currently the APIs work only on GTK+ platform.

Also to work the test case properly we need to open a new XUL window because we
don't propagate font changes into descendant documents yet (bug 1478212).

765b78561b Bug 1479450: Implement nsCSSProps::LookupProperty using Rust. r=xidorn
Always assume allowed-for-all-content. There are a couple callers which weren't
doing that:

 * A unit test -> removed.

 * ComputeAnimationDistance: Used for testing (in transitions_per_property), and
   for the animation inspector. The animation inspector shouldn't show
   non-enabled properties. The transitions_per_property test already relies on
   getComputedStyle stuff which only uses eForAllContent.

 * GetCSSImageURLs: I added this API for the context menu page and such. It
   doesn't rely on non-enabled-everywhere properties, it was only using
   eInChrome because it was a ChromeOnly API, but it doesn't really need this.

On the compositor we store animation values in a hash table and the hash is

So we can get the corresponding animation value for the given property.

In this patch there are lots of duplicated code, but they will be removed in the
