739b51aee1 Bug 1782087, part 1 - Create registration doorhanger for IdentityCredential, r=pbz,fluent-reviewers,webidl,smaug,flod 
We need one more panel in the doorhanger- one that is a user information panel per (rp, idp, account) tuple.

This just gives the privacy policy and ToS links to the user. It is implemented similarly to the other panels,
and would similarly be updated by Bug 1800695.

Similar to the original doorhanger patch (Bug 1782088 - Create account chooser doorhanger for IdentityCredential)
tests and fine polish are out of scope for this prototype.

abf1e16f6c Bug 1801301 - Fix idle message trigger firing after wake. r=barret 
Add a 1s grace period after waking from sleep in which notifications
from the idle service will be ignored. Break out the idle trigger tests
because we've reached the max statements per function limit.

c238132e26 Bug 1788800 - run colorways card tests in the same window take two r=sfoster 
This patch completes what I tried to do in D162617. Poking around at this again I realized (embarassingly) that I forgot to change one test to run in the same window, and it was the test that failed consistently on try when run in isolation.

Based on the profile Florian helped me look at it seemed like we had a window leak and were possibly still trying to run animations in a window that had been closed. It  feels plausible that going back to what we were doing before my initial change - running all the tests in the same window and only closing that window once they had all finished - might still be the fix for this intermittent.

b9611cca72 Bug 1801035 - Stop localizing places initial window size. r=Gijs,fluent-reviewers 
According to Transvision, this is barely localized (only two locales set
a non-default width, and they all do it to just slightly more than
usual).

So standardize the initial size on that (800x500), remove the
localization, and remove the minimum size constraint, which wasn't there
before the regressing bug.

7f3ae4ffc8 Bug 1799997 - Support media autoplay on about:welcome. r=pdahiya,pbz 
Add the autoplay permission to about:welcome through the default
permissions file. If we add onboarding videos to other messaging
surfaces (like the multistage spotlight for existing user onboarding),
it won't be necessary to add permissions since autoplay is only blocked
in content. This also incidentally reduces the severity of bug 1799935.
The error still happens, breaking the video controls. But since the
video autoplays, the bug is only noticeable if you try to interact with
the video controls. Otherwise, the video will just play on its own and
advance to the next screen when it's finished.

b5c38041b4 Bug 1799823 - Try to avoid shutdown crashes writing targeting snapshot. r=barret,bhearsum 
This fixes a missing `await` and tries to avoid updating snapshot data
during shutdown.

Neither seem particularly likely to impact shutdown crashes, but we
have no better theory for the underlying cause of these crashes.  It's
possible that the amount of data in the targeting snapshot is
sufficiently large that we see sufficiently many sufficiently slow
writes to cause the shutdown mechanism to timeout.
