0e66c24b37 Bug 1777886 - Check that denylist/intermittent files actually exist in startup perf tests. r=florian 
This will require that entries for renamed files be updated so that they don't
accidentally start being loaded under the new name later. It also prevents
dead code entries from sticking around after their targets are removed.

Using `throttledMapPromises` is probably not strictly necessary given the
small number of entries in most lists, but since it already exists, we may as
well use it here.

8642e6cebe Bug 1777338 - Make sure zoom command updater takes a user-set default zoom level into account. r=NeilDeakin 
The patch for bug 698873 assumed that the default zoom level is 1.0, when the user can
actually change that value.

Interestingly, we have to asynchronously query for the default value, so for simplicities
sake, I've had to update the test I wrote to poll for the commands to be in the right
state.

aff792070a Bug 1776087 - Add a fxa web channel command/handler to open firefoxview. r=markh 
* Export new COMMAND_FIREFOX_VIEW from FxAccountsCommon for the command string
* Call a new openFirefoxView method when the feature pref is enabled
* Pass along an entryPoint param - this is speculative: we don't handle this currently but its what the COMMAND_PAIR_PREFERENCES does and seems reasonable
* New test to confirm that this openFirefoxView method will indeed get called when the right web channel message is received. Note, this doesnt confirm that FirefoxViewHandler.openTab actually results in fx-view being opened, but it will at least fail if that moves or gets renamed in the future

11e6a47e53 Bug 1773788: Adjust testcase browser_preferences_usage.js to increment allowed-access-count for pref media.gmp-provider.enabled. r=dao 
As discussed in the bug, this pref is "known-problematic" (i.e. known to be
accessed many times during the test). It seems our current annotated
access-count was not was not quite high enough to account for the actual
observed access count during windows test-verify testruns. This patch fixes
that by increasing the count (by 1) to reflect reality.

Right now we rely on the menulist to be injected by hand in all the
relevant windows. Instead create it lazily, making the select code more
standalone.

The DevTools window was missing it, for example.

eb8c174c70 Bug 1763035 - Don't inherit direction in cached scrollbar parts. r=jfkthame 
This is the most minimal fix for the bug. The issue is basically that
XUL <tree>s have a non-anonymous scrollbar that doesn't match the rule
above the one I'm modifying (which resets scrollbar directionality to
ltr).

Its _anonymous_ kids would inherit this rtl directionality and cache it,
and the wrong directionality would be used for actual anonymous
scrollbars, causing havoc later on due to the nsGfxScrollFrame reflow
callbacks.

This is wrong, anyways, there's no reason for inheriting the
directionality of the scrollbar to begin with.
