58ce615aa2 Guarantee that the pres context's device context will be non-null by returning failure from Init() if it's null. Rename inline getter GetDeviceContext() to DeviceContext(), convert all callers to use the inline getter, and remove the virtual/refcounting getter. d3fe7e39fa Continuing nsIPresContext deCOMtamination (bug 229371). Remove ReParentStyleContext - callers can call frame manager directly. Removed several unused setters. c4277278e2 Continuing nsIPresContext deCOMtamination (bug 229371). Remove GetImageLoadFlags (unused). Make failure to fetch the LookAndFeel service cause Init() to fail, don't null check it after that, and inlined the getter. 7255062ea4 Improve the way in which nsEvent and its subclasses are initialized. Commonly-used members can now be initialized via an inline constructor, and all other members are initialized to zero. eventStructType is set automatically. This also fixes some cases where an eventStructType was doubling as a message -- NS_TEXT_EVENT is now only used as an eventStructType, with a message of NS_TEXT_TEXT. NS_COMPOSITION_* events get an eventStructType of NS_COMPOSITION_EVENT, and ditto for NS_RECONVERSION_*. NS_DRAGDROP_EVENT is no longer an eventStructType since it is not a unique type of struct. a90ec6ff21 Eliminate nsIStyleSet as an XPCOM interface, making the implementation internal to layout. Frame constructor ownership moves to the pres shell, and the style set methods that forward to the frame constructor are gone. Rewrote style set sheet add/remove to reduce code size. aa24a7bb8e fix for bug 209220 - now that i18n APIs take ASCII charset names, update consumers to avoid excess conversions.. which usually means storing charset names as ASCII and updating a few other APIs

4486f8d13d Make --disable-xul work (bug 69995). We build enough XUL to support 
scrollbars unconditionally, but can now leave out heavyweight widgets like

d12f3e2c8e Fixing bug 124412. Making nsXULDocument inherit nsXMLDocument to avoid the need to duplicate a large amount of code in nsXULDocument. Also removing nsMarkupDocument and nsIDOMEventCapturer that are no longer needed. de205739a0 Make the CSSLoader correctly order stylesheets as they are dynamically added 
and removed via the DOM.  Clean up the nsIDocument stylesheet accessors.  Clean
up nsIDocumentObserver stylesheet stuff a bit.  Make style sheets visible in
the CSSOM (though not completely accessible) from the moment the load is kicked
off.  Make us have sheet objects that can be manipulated via CSSOM even for
failed loads. Bug 107567, bug 47734, bug 57225, bug 178407.
