Servo currently uses `heapsize`, but Stylo/Gecko use `malloc_size_of`.
`malloc_size_of` is better -- it handles various cases that `heapsize` does not
-- so this patch changes Servo to use `malloc_size_of`.
This patch makes the following changes to the `malloc_size_of` crate.
- Adds `MallocSizeOf` trait implementations for numerous types, some built-in
(e.g. `VecDeque`), some external and Servo-only (e.g. `string_cache`).
- Makes `enclosing_size_of_op` optional, because vanilla jemalloc doesn't
support that operation.
- For `HashSet`/`HashMap`, falls back to a computed estimate when
`enclosing_size_of_op` isn't available.
- Adds an extern "C" `malloc_size_of` function that does the actual heap
measurement; this is based on the same functions from the `heapsize` crate.
This patch makes the following changes elsewhere.
- Converts all the uses of `heapsize` to instead use `malloc_size_of`.
- Disables the "heapsize"/"heap_size" feature for the external crates that
provide it.
- Removes the `HeapSizeOf` implementation from `hashglobe`.
- Adds `ignore` annotations to a few `Rc`/`Arc`, because `malloc_size_of`
doesn't derive those types, unlike `heapsize`.

http://www.robohornet.org gives a score of 101.36 on master, and 102.68 with this PR. The latter is slightly better, but probably within noise level. So it looks like this PR does not affect DOM performance.
This is expected since `Box::new` is defined as:
```rust
impl<T> Box<T> {
#[inline(always)]
pub fn new(x: T) -> Box<T> {
box x
}
}
```
With inlining, it should compile to the same as box syntax.

This allows us to have ensure_data() and clear_data() functions on the TElement
trait, instead of hacking around it adding methods in random traits.
This also allows us to do some further cleanup, which I'd rather do in a

This PR provides the base for implementing WebGL extensions. It comes with the following ones already implemented and passing all related WebGL conformance tests:
- OES_texture_float
- OES_texture_float_linear
- OES_texture_half_float
- OES_texture_half_float_linear
- OES_vertex_array_object
I'll submit other extensions like compressed textures in a separate PR to ease the review process. I included the 5 extensions in this PR because it's easier to show/review how the WebGL extension base works.
To pass all OES_texture_float_xxx tests I had to add some missing format conversions in WebGLRenderingContext.rs

This PR implements the current draft Houdini Worklets specification (https://drafts.css-houdini.org/worklets/).
The implementation is intended to provide a responsive environment for worklet execution, and in particular to ensure that the primary worklet executor does not garbage collect, and does not block loading module code. The implementation does this by providing a thread pool, and performing GC and module loading in a backup thread, not in the primary thread.

The design of initiating network requests from the image cache thread was simple, but it makes it difficult to implement image loading that conforms to the HTML specification. These changes make the implementation of HTMLImageElement responsible for network requests for `<img>` elements, and CSS-based images (background-image, bullets, etc.) are requested by the script thread to ensure that the layout thread does not attempt to retain unsafe pointers to DOM nodes during asynchronous operations.

This generalizes the work previously done for Promise job callbacks. There is now a microtask queue that correctly processes all queued microtasks after each turn of the event loop, as well as after a scripted callback finishes executing, and after a classic script executes.

This series implements a bunch of the texture unpack path features for WebGL. There are known issues with big-endian systems noted in the comments, but I don't know of a clean way to cast from `Vec<u16>` to `Vec<u8>` (which, if we had one, would make this code much cleaner anyway).
