0e824d90bb Bug 568691 part A - register static and binary components using data tables rather than programmatic nsIComponentRegistrar methods. This part contains the important needs-review bits of the change: part B contains the mechanical changes to each module in order to actually get a working build. 462c8a3080 fix for bug 191416 - clean up nsIUnicharInputStream to make it more like nsIInputStream: 
- hide Fill() (or remove it where not necessary)
- add ReadSegments() so that we can do reads without copying
- remove the extra offset parameter to Read()

89fe431454 back out 121341 and all subsequent regression fixes - there are still regressions and this just isn't worth being broken for 1.3.. I'll check this back in when 1.4a comes along and we have more time in the milestone to catch regressions.

baba14c5c8 Bug 88413: Remove |GetUnicode()| from nsString (and replace it with |get()|). r=dbaron, rs=scc. 
This removes all call-sites I can currently fix. Tomorrow I'll try to get someone to checkin my changes to security/ and I'll get some help with the Netscape side of things.

nsString::GetUnicode()'s final death-blow will be dealt soon. Please keep this in mind as you add new code :-)
