3255ebf24a Get rid of gcc3's numerous warnings about using <new.h> instead of <new> by creating a new #define, NEW_H, which should be used instead of <new.h> or <new>. 59cc5aac6b 115922 embedding work. no changes should be observed in current product this will only affect the embedded effort. This moves the command handler stuff from content xul to embedding/components/commandhandler. a=judd r=saari built on mac/windows/gmake with this we will be able to finish removing editorshell from the app and have a true embedded editor.akkana will pick this up after me and finish the embedding work. 2002-02-02 05:13:56 +00:00
