bryner@brianryner.com	c4eebd664e	Hook up gtk2 native keybindings for editor. This gets rid of htmlBindings.xml and instead makes the platform-neutral base bindings be included via the preprocessor, allowing the editorBase bindings to not be applied on gtk2.
