fb0ae37745 Bug 1494175 - Remove unimplemented nsIWebBrowserChrome methods. r=qdot 
All implementations of these methods fail immediately. This patch removes them,
and replaces their call sites with failures. Code coverage indicates these
locations aren't hit by any of our tests.

d4b6869d78 Bug 1486558 - Handle title changes on ancestors without a mouseout in between. r=NeilDeakin 
This page is changing the title attribute on an ancestor while we move the mouse
around in a canvas.

Our code assumes that given we've moved the mouse around and hid the tooltip we
shouldn't show it again until the next mouseout.

Instead of keeping track of whether we've already shown the tooltip, keep track
of the last used tooltip string, and avoid showing the tooltip again in the
callback if it's the same.

7dbfdaf890 Bug 1400460 - Rename nsIAtom as nsAtom. r=hiro. 
(Path is actually r=froydnj.)

Bug 1400459 devirtualized nsIAtom so that it is no longer a subclass of
nsISupports. This means that nsAtom is now a better name for it than nsIAtom.

d161939aec Bug 1402255 - Change nsIBaseWindow::title from wstring to AString. r=janv. 
Because nsAString is nicer to work with than char16_t*. The patch relatedly
changes nsIEmbeddingSiteWindow::title and nsIWindowMediator::updateWindowTitle
as well.

be5f8887c1 Bug 1390428 (part 9) - Remove nsXPIDLCString. r=erahm. 
This is straightforward, with only two notable things.

- `#include "nsXPIDLString.h" is replaced with `#include "nsString.h"`
  throughout, because all nsXPIDLString.h did was include nsString.h. The
  exception is for files which already include nsString.h, in which case the
  patch just removes the nsXPIDLString.h inclusion.

- The patch removes the |xpidl_string| gtest, but improves the |voided| test to
  cover some of its ground, e.g. testing Adopt(nullptr).

Removes nsIDOMHTMLEmbedElement and all references. HTML elements are
now handled by WebIDL. With the deprecation of extensions, XPCOM
interfaces to HTML elements are no longer needed.

d24ecfe191 Bug 1387381 - Remove nsXPIDLString local variables. r=erahm. 
nsXPIDLStrings are marked as VOIDED upon initialization. Most of these local
nsXPIDLString variables are immediately set via getter_Copies(), which will
either assign a string value (using Adopt()) or do SetIsVoid(). These can be
trivially converted to nsString, which will get the same treatment.

The patch suitably converts the remaining nsXPIDLString local variable as well.

Removes applet tag interfaces, and changes HTML5 parser to output
HTMLUnknownElement when tag is found. Removes tag process from various
places in the browser.
