68ac1c5cd8 Bug 1355497: Ignore preventDefault on pointerdown by WebExtensions. r=smaug. 
Prevent default on pointerdown will stop firing the subsequent mouse events. Ignore the case that preventDefault by WebExtensions to avoid breaking some websites.

51b67c3c9c Bug 1399478 - Fix buttonhighlight for doorhangers without a mainaction. r=steveck 
We allow doorhangers to optionally disable the blue button
highlight for their main actions, but didn't account for the
fact that we display a default "OK" button when no mainAction
was provided.
