36c3664dac Bug 1809745 focus speaker selection richlistbox in prompt r=ayeddi 
This cannot be done during "showing" because the richlistbox does not have a
frame at that point.

As well as enabling arrow keys, focus also clearly identifies the speaker
being considered for a permission grant.  Without focus, the selected item is
identified by subtle background color changes, and so the selected item would
not be clear in a list of two items.

2768b9df61 Bug 1842962 allow audio output with double click on speaker name r=pbz 
deviceIndex is removed from devices in simulateAudioOutputRequest() because
this is not used and not on nsIMediaDevice.

Setting the selectedItem of a richlistbox to null is a no-op and leaves
previous state remaining, so the selectedIndex is explicitly set instead of
depending on connectedCallback() to do so.

f83615d0b1 Bug 1775941 - disable browser_devices_get_user_media_screen.js on Win for frequent failures. r=ng 
This test was (partially) disabled in Bug 1739107 but we're still seeing failures.  This
is the only other place I can see that could be running the test, so disable it here too.

2d46e8e932 Bug 1800287 Add an "Always Block" option to selectAudioOutput() prompt r=pbz 
This also makes the "Not now" secondary action label consistent.  Previously
this was accidentally dependent on allowedOrActiveCameraOrMicrophone(), but
the action was always "Not now" even when the label was 'Block'.

5b79446767 Bug 1712892 skip selectAudioOutput() prompt if the requested device has been previously allowed r=jib 
Permission grants are persistent, supporting content use of
selectAudioOutput(previousDeviceId) to maintain the same output(s) on
subsequent same-origin page loads.

Permissions can be revoked from the site permissions panel.

97cebf0c73 Bug 1712892 add Page-Info Permissions-tab item to block speaker selection r=pbz 
An all-device "Allow" option is not provided because the permission grant
prompt is primarily a device selection, which will (with subsequent patches)
grant persistent permission for the selected device.

Bug 1800287 covers setting a similar block from the selectAudioOutput() prompt.
