d3edb7e466 Hmm, looks like the orange on linux is due to a bug in gcc 2.95, there have been issues with using nsCOMPtr's in narrow scopes with that compiler before, so maybe this'll fix this crash too. d1856f6f91 Remove |aForceUnique| parameter from style context resolving methods, and corresponding flag from nsStyleContext, since the only caller was ReResolveStyleContext (on the assumption that other callers used it). baba14c5c8 Bug 88413: Remove |GetUnicode()| from nsString (and replace it with |get()|). r=dbaron, rs=scc. 
This removes all call-sites I can currently fix. Tomorrow I'll try to get someone to checkin my changes to security/ and I'll get some help with the Netscape side of things.

nsString::GetUnicode()'s final death-blow will be dealt soon. Please keep this in mind as you add new code :-)
