7cb9bef9cc Bug 1801780 - Include more information about blocklist in about:support. r=jrmuizel 
We used to provide links to the bug numbers but this was broken
somewhere along the way. Now it is provided the failure IDs from which
it can attempt to extract a bug number, as well as always display any
failure ID and message whenever possible.

b06564e7c9 Bug 1799540 - Android about:support Graphics and Media sections are blank r=Standard8 
`aboutSupport.js` was also missing a check for `AppConstants.MOZ_PLACES`.

As Kelsey pointed out, it may be good to have some protective code when iterating through `snapshotFormatters` to avoid breaking the entire page when one of the formatters errors out.

5c6d5c7e79 Bug 1732358 - Part 2: Add the ability to force-disable fission with an environment variable, r=ahal,fluent-reviewers,flod,mccr8 
This is required to replace the existing MOZ_FORCE_ENABLE_FISSION environment
variables in environments which use that. In the future we'll want to stop
passing any environment variable when not passing a flag to `./mach run`
however that will require changes to the default test behaviour in bug 1744091.

This patch disables the update service as if it were disabled by policy
whenever a package identify is present. User interfaces are treated as if
the updater had not been included in the build, because that prevents any of
our usual update UI from being shown, and in particular ensures that we do not
generate messages about an administrator handling updates, as would normally
happen when disabling updates via policy.

The telemetry environment's update.enabled flag is deliberately left alone in
this patch, because the mere fact of using an app package does not really say
anything about whether the user intends to allow automatic updating or not.
