25966491eb Bug 418615 - Neuter the code which tries to reframe existing plugin instances when navigator.plugins.refresh(true) is called. Instead, only scan for new plugins, unload unused plugins. a7315b6b42 Bug 794884. Make SupportImageWithMimeType a static function. r=joe,r=bz 
This removes supportImageWithMimeType from the idl and makes all the
callers call the static function directly. To do this we also need
to export imgLoader.h and imgRequest.h.
