e277cc8eb6 Bug 1496382 - Don't use "groupbox" for Preferences subdialogs. r=jaws 
This is required to remove the "groupbox" and "caption" elements, and simplifies the code as well.

2d6f0ac1bb Bug 1358645 - Close the preference dialog when the user clicks the overlay background. r=jaws 
We close the dialog using the same code path as when the user presses the ESC key.
