5ad343526a More nsIPresShell deCOMtamination: 
- Made Get/SetAuthorStyleDisabled and ReconstructStyleData non-virtual when called internally.
- Inlined GetFrameSelection and renamed it to FrameSelection.
- Removed non-inline version of GetViewManager.
- Removed unused EnablePrefStyleRules and ArePrefStyleRulesEnabled.

08d6baff75 Move things that aren't author stylesheets out of nsDocument's mStyleSheets array to simplify stylesheet management code. 58ce615aa2 Guarantee that the pres context's device context will be non-null by returning failure from Init() if it's null.
