583d8e0cb1 Fix for bug 84186. r=dbradley, jag. sr=jband. Added support for CStrings, UTF8String, and AStrings to XPIDL. Also added the -t cmd line flag to XPIDL and XPTLINK that allows us to generate output for a specific XPT version.
