e443d50795 Read EnableExtensionManager and EnableProfileMigrator from the XRE section 
of the .xulapp file instead of from the App section since these are really
properties of the XRE.

7a1a6c1620 Bug 239929 - Porting semi-single-profile from the aviary1.0 branch to the trunk. This is using the argv-restart method right now (a child process).
