67d7f58fe4 Bug 78148. Reorg directory viewer backend to allow file and gopher to use 
the html view as well. (This is currently disabled for file because of
i18n issues)

Should also fix dirviewer bugs 38014, 68651, 72724, 78474, and part
of 83881.

8afc81e0b2 Landing url parsing branch. 73845. r=alecf@netscape.com, sr=darin@netscape.com, a=blizzard@rednat.com. 
This fixes many crashes caused by illegal uses of the nsStdURL.
This also allows a plugable protocol to provide their own url parser.

- teach nsGenericFactory about nsIClassInfo, and nsIClassInfo.idl to the
  builds
- add a heaping serving of macro love for classes that want to support it
- convert many modules to use nsGenericModule the new way
- handful of warning and modeline fixes
- nsSample and some XPConnect test classes now have nsIClassInfo support for
  testing
