Bug 1114554 - Patch 3.1 - ServiceWorker principal fixes. r=baku

Bug 1162088 introduced origin attributes that ServiceWorkerManager callers have to use. This patch updates notificationclick events to work.

Use principal for permission check.

2a0eedc7a2 Bug 1131327 - Patch 6 - SWM holds ServiceWorkerRegistrationListener for updatefound and invalidation notifications. r=baku 
Splits up the listener interface to which SWM can hold rawptrs so that registration objects living on the worker thread can use awkward proxies to listen to these events.

Queue updatefound instead of immediately firing
Initial "atomically" steps of registration should also be a part of the job
Fix some compiler errors
Be sure not to null out various workers too early during activation
Integrated ServiceWorkerGlobalScope::Update into the ServiceWorkerRegisterJob.
