dcd4b60da9 add UI for the browser.startup.page preference, so there's a simple way to tell Firefox to start with a blank page (or, for that matter, with your windows and tabs from last time, i.e. session restore)

56803ac6a3 Bug 346942 - Finalize anti-phishing UI, part 1.
