5912711f38 Bug 1942539: Change new tab to use min-width rather than align-items to center some content while still addressing overflow edge cases. r=reemhamz,home-newtab-reviewers 
The align-items:center styling was preventing content from stretching to
fill the container in some cases, causing tiles to collapse as noted in
the associated bugzilla bug.

We can't just remove that styling, though, because there are also cases where
`main` has content that's wider than its specified size and expects to be
centered.  So, this patch accounts for that by making `main` at least as wide
as its content, so that wide content remains centered because `main` itself
(which will now grow to fit that content) is centered.

5f9e46479d Bug 1932432 - [Section Expt] Show excerpt based on showExcerpt property from merino response r=home-newtab-reviewers,nbarrett 
Added styles to show or hide the story excerpt based on the data in the API response from Merino service.

Currently, only small cards are sent through with `hasExcerpt` set to `false`. On changing screen resolution,
small cards can become medium-sized, and in that case the styles are adjusted to show the excerpt.

Updated an existing test and added a new one to test that the new styles are applied correctly.

It seems that if users had both light theme + high contrast toggled on their devices, the content cards in new tab were showing white-colored text for the source titles. This is a problem because if light theme is toggled, the white text lives on a white background.

On the New Tab shortcuts, the titles would get truncated if they were too long. On hover/focus, they would show the full text. However, there would be lone characters at the bottom of the revealed text. This patch fixes that.

7fe6fe2526 Bug 1929357 - [Section Expt] If a card has been Saved to Pocket, it should have Pocket logo visible at all times r=home-newtab-reviewers,thecount 
- Updated styles to show a compact Pocket button (Pocket logo only) when the user saves a story to Pocket.

- Updated DSContextFooter component to not show "Saved to Pocket" at the bottom of the card.

- Limited this UI change only to users who are opted in to the Sections experiment.
