87f1bde304 Bug 1378313 - Fix up bogus code showing the reload button as enabled when it's disabled. r=johannh 
Bug 1376893's approach is wrong in various ways:

- It shows the reload button as enabled for about:blank

- The disabled state styling is implemented in browser/themes/shared/toolbarbuttons.inc.css, and could be implemented differently. browser/base/content/browser.css should not depend on theme specifics.

- :not(:-moz-window-inactive) only begins to make sense on Mac, and obviously prevents the fix from taking effect in inactive windows

8847ff9563 Bug 1334635, don't flush layout in the tree's CheckOverflow method if the scroll overflow hasn't changed, r=jaws, dholbert 
The flush was added due to the overflow/underflow events causing recursion in some cases. But if the events aren't fired there is no point in doing this. The password manager test is changed to flush since it relies on showing/hiding tree columns but currently doesn't wait for a relayout before asking for cell information.

fd466118f9 Bug 1335281 - Use frame loader for same process browsers. r=mrbkap 
This changes the `relatedBrowser` property which held a <xul:browser> to the
more explicit `sameProcessAsFrameLoader` which takes an nsIFrameLoader.

This clarifies the purpose of the property and also (by switching to the frame
loader) makes it easier to set in some contexts.

This was tricky because synthesizeMouse would compute the incorrect
coordinates if the requested event target was in a sub-frame. With this patch,
we deal correctly with sub-frames.
