8ea8bf4103 Bug 1398696 - Override the window background to Windows Aero Basic colors for Light/Dark theme on Windows 7. r=dao 
This color is originally set to the accent-color of lwthemes, which is expected,
but we want to have the original Aero Basic look in the background on Windows 7
for light/dark and themes to mirror the default theme.

3f29526da6 Bug 1407351 - Remove nightly-only e10s testing features from the main browser window. r=mikedeboer 
The only thing that I didn't remove was the process ID on the tab tooltip, which I find to be super helpful. For that, I changed the check from E10S_TESTING_ONLY to NIGHTLY_BUILD.

88c1abdc63 Bug 1406691 - Use ::after instead of ::before for tab separators. r=dao 
This can be done because there is a permanent placeholder (or overflow
button) in front of the first tab that can hold the outer left border.
This simplifies some code and prevents the last element from
resizing when it gets an extra border on selection.

83252662b3 Bug 1391539 - Show tab separators when hovering tabs. r=dao 
This patch also fixes the hover background color of tabs in
Windows 7 (it was mistakenly being overriden), which got a little
more noticeable through the non-changing tab separators.

This patch further adds a missing top border on selected
tabs when drag space or title bar is enabled (which is
required to set the correct border-image on hovered tabs borders).
