Implement GetChildList(ChildListID) and GetChildLists(nsTArray<ChildList>*)
for various frame classes.  Remove GetAdditionalChildListName(PRInt32)
methods and associated macros and list index constants.

d6fd817fc7 Replace all uses of nsLayoutUtils::SetFontFromStyle with GetFontMetricsForFrame or GetFontMetricsForStyleContext and remove SetFontFromStyle. (Bug 678671, patch 2) r=roc 
There was nothing wrong with SetFontFromStyle, except that it's just one
more API to think about (and one more API to audit and modify for font
inflation work to happen in bug 627842).

47547920c7 Bug 223764: Inlines inside inlines that draw text-decorations shouldn't alter the baseline. (r=dbaron) 
We add a baseline field to nsInlineFrame and modify
nsLineLayout::BeginSpan to take a pointer to a baseline to update. This
also means that nsFirstLetterFrame no longer needs to update its own
baseline, and instead should just pass its own field along.

de0b6ebe1f Now that overflow areas are split, change nsIFrame::ComputeTightBounds to use visual overflow. While it really only needs to include frame bounds, glyph bounds, and text decorations, since glyph bounds are not part of scrollable overflow, it must use visual overflow. 27905b7abe Don't propagate the float's reflow status through places that expect an inline's reflow status, to avoid the assertion for which bug 563584 was filed. This separates pushing of floats from pushing of lines, and allows first-in-flow floats to be pushed to the next page without their associated line.
