d261682fdc Bug 1022612. Part 4: Track current dirty rect in nsDisplayListBuilder. r=mattwoodrow 
We need this to set the initial visible rect during display list construction.
Eventually we'll also be able to get rid of the dirty rect parameter to
nsIFrame::BuildDisplayList.

309beaa94e Bug 1001258: Remove assertion added in bug 911786 part 3 since it turns out the first bug it found was bogus. r=dholbert 
The crashtest is Jesse's testcase, and does show the assertion in the
crashtest harness prior to the patch, and does not with the patch.
