267f97d25d Bug 797208 - Allow the stub installer to install either 32-bit or 64-bit builds, and make 64-bit the default when supported; r=rstrong 
A new control allows the user to select 32 or 64-bit when the system supports both,
and it defaults to 64-bit when available. This means the stub installer is now
the same regardless of its build architecture; it was always a 32-bit executable
anyway, but now its actual behavior depends only on the running system, not the
target architecture of the application it was built alongside.

The options screen has been rearranged according to a design by Michael Verdi
so that the new control doesn't leave the UI so badly cluttered.

Also removed TmpVal, which wasn't used in the stub and so was generating warnings.

f3a3f6bba1 Bug 1225918 - avoid quoting MOZ_APP_DISPLAYNAME when used as a DEFINE; r=mshal 
Moving DEFINES from Makefile.in to moz.build in
browser/installer/windows/ kept the single quotes for
MOZ_APP_DISPLAYNAME.  Unfortunately, the patch author missed that those
quotes were there for the shell's benefit, not as a part of the defined
value.  These extraneous quotes look rather unbecoming in the installer.

Since mozbuild adds the appropriate quoting to a defined value, we can
simply forego the quoting in the moz.build file.

bca3053aa3 Bug 1205843 - Part 2: Disable maintenance service on WinXP < SP3 - r=rstrong 
Attempt to get around the fact that XP SP2 (and below) systems won't be able to
handle Authenticode signatues with SHA-2 digests by disabling the maintenance
service, the only thing on our update path that uses Authenticode, on systems
running WinXP below SP3.

This patch both prevents the service from being included in new installations,
and prevents the service from being used where it is already installed.
