c0170c9aa4 Bug 1311315 - General small fixes for no-undef eslint issues in browser/. r=jaws 
Drop linting of the .eslintrc.js config files.
Fix some minor errors in the code (missing let/const, undefined vars).
Let eslint know that some files get their globals from other places (typically via xul script tags).

4518d81cb5 Bug 1292042 - Enable the keyword-spacing rule for eslint. Most of this patch was autogenerated by 'eslint --fix'. Files with .xml extension needed to be changed by hand due to limitations of custom plugin. r=markh
