58ce615aa2 Guarantee that the pres context's device context will be non-null by returning failure from Init() if it's null. Rename inline getter GetDeviceContext() to DeviceContext(), convert all callers to use the inline getter, and remove the virtual/refcounting getter. a90ec6ff21 Eliminate nsIStyleSet as an XPCOM interface, making the implementation internal to layout. Frame constructor ownership moves to the pres shell, and the style set methods that forward to the frame constructor are gone. Rewrote style set sheet add/remove to reduce code size. 640685cbe9 Change all callers of nsIPresContext::GetShell() to use the non-refcounting versions. Most callers now use PresShell(), a few that were checking for null conditions are using GetPresShell() -- this will be remedied once we can ensure that a prescontext never has a null pres shell. 0be0aa3679 bug 100649: Length() being used where IsEmpty() is meant 
treewide changes to convert incorrect usages of string.Length() to string.IsEmpty().

ba58162e96 Remove nsIStyleContext (bug 114713), r/sr=dbaron. Changed lots of methods to use nsStyleContext* or already_AddRefed<nsStyleContext> as return values, depending on whether a reference is returned. 0d9875f0a1 Correcting our background painting code per the latest CSS specs. By default, backgrounds should be painted to the border 
area, and not the padding area as per the CSS 2 Errata, CSS2.1 and CSS3.  Also, implementing the CSS3 'background-clip'
and 'background-origin' properties (currently with -moz- prefixes) to control this behavior.

69c5ef48bf Bug 164625. Native regions on Linux (and probably some other platforms) are limited to 16bit signed coordinates, so we have to use our own region implementation to manipulate regions in twips space. 3fa11d680f This patch does the following: 
1) Introduces a new public interface nsIPrintSettingService which emables consumers to create PS objects whithout a nsIWebBrowserPrint interface
2) The implementation is nsPrintOptionsImpl which now impls the private interface nsIPrintOptions and the public iface nsIPrintSettingsService
3) Several methods/attrs have been moved from nsIWebBrowserPrint iface to nsIPrintSettingsService
4) The CIDs for nsIPrintOptions and nsIPrinSettingsService are now the same.
5) There is no longer a CID "@mozilla.org/gfx/printoptions;1"
6) nsIWebBrowserPrint still has the "globalPrintSettings" attr so if you already have an nsIWebBrowserPrint you don't have to create the PS Service to get it.
7) A bug has been filed to rename the imlp of nsPrintOptionsImpl to nsPrintSettingsService.

7564d7553b The patch in nsPageFrame.cpp is insurance to help keep a problem like this from 
hanging the browser again.
The patch in nsSimplePageSequence.cpp is the actual fix. I verified that
nsPageFrame patch will stop it from happening.

0be50496e4 The problem is that on windows widget can only be positioned to a y coord of 
32767. This ends up being about 32 pages. The nsPageFrame's view creates a
widget for clipping absolutely positioned content and plugins.

This fix will allow a document to have up to 32 pages of clipping after that it
stops creating the widget. The down side is that any absolutely positioned
content or plugins beyond page 32 will not be clippe din print preview.
Also, fixed a leaked widget
