436d786b1c Bug 1270648 part 2 - Merge nsContentUtils::ParseSandboxAttributeToFlags into HTMLIFrameElement::GetSandboxFlags. r=smaug 
nsContentUtils::ParseSandboxAttributeToFlags is not used anywhere else,
and given that sandbox flags would also be affected by allowfullscreen
attribute, this function alone could be misused.

Sandbox.cpp, XPCConvert.cpp, ExportHelpers.cpp, and DataStoreService.cpp.  The
