This patch removes Worker scope from Storage and StorageEvent WebIDL definition. This way it is possible to construct the objects passing Window instead of GlobalScope. It also removes some tests as they would run out of the scope.
It removes Worker from the WebIDL files defining the Storage and StorageEvent interfaces, as they should not be exposed in that scope.
In Rust source code, this patch replaces "GlobalScope" with "Window" on the contructors. It also modifies constructor calling code in order to pass Window instead of the previously used GlobalScope.
There has been removed these interfaces from the Worker tests.
(This time I did a real build and real tests. Sorry about previous pull requests, I am used to the Mozilla flow, which doesn't uses GitHub)

advantage of this for images and stuff, but meanwhile this should help quite a

At the moment, storage notifications are only sent within a script thread, not to same-origin pipelines in different script threads. This PR fixes that.

This PR removes the single root document from the script thread, and replaces it by a lookup table from `PipelineId`s to `Document`s. This is needed if we're going to share script threads, as per #633.
The last commit is the one that matters, the ones before are #13646.

SubpageId was originally introduced in 2013 to help iframes keep track of
their associated (children) pipelines. However, since each pipeline
already has a PipelineId, and those are unique, those are sufficient
to keep track of children.

Consolidates the runnable variants on `DOMManipulationTask` into a single `Runnable` variant.
Also combines `MainThreadRunnable` into the `Runnable` trait.
I plan on filing a few E-Easy issues after this lands to implement `name` on each of the structs that implement `Runnable`.

This is a large-ish PR that contains the following:
* A new directory is created under `components/script/` called `task_source`, which houses all the stuff for different task sources. Note that the ones that I have now aren't exhaustive - there are more task sources than just the generic ones.
* A `DOMManipulationTaskMsg` which eliminates some usage of `Runnable`s to fire events. Instead, they send event information to the `DOMManipulationTaskSource` and lets the `ScriptTask` handle all the event firing.
* Re-added `fn script_chan`, since I can't think of any other way to give `Trusted` values an appropriate sender.
* Rewrote step 7 of [the end](https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/syntax.html#the-end) to make use of the `DOMManipulationTaskSource`

`Event` internally stores the `type` as an `Atom`, and we're `String`s
everywhere, which can cause unnecessary allocations to occur since
they'll end up as `Atom`s anyways.

This patch makes DOMString an opaque wrapper round String (currently it's a transparent wrapper).
The changes are:
* Replacing DOMString(foo) by DOMString::from(foo).
* Replacing foo.0 by String::from(foo).
* Adding functions clear, push_str and extend for in-place mutation of DOMStrings.
* Replacing DOMString by String in other threads (devtools, storage and filereader).
* Making DOMString implement !Send.
* Removing the pub attribute from the contents of DOMString.
This enables experimenting with other string representations in the DOM.

Also adds HeapSizeOf implementations/derive for some types. I've used "Cannot calculate Heap size" as a reason everywhere, because my imagination is rather limited. If you'd like me to change this message for specific types, please write something like this: "Trusted - Cannot calculate Heap size for Trusted" so that it would be easier for me to replace them through a script :)
