95c38cc6b8 Bug 1691913 - Rename nsBaseHashtable::Put to InsertOrUpdate. r=xpcom-reviewers,necko-reviewers,jgilbert,dragana,nika 
This makes the naming more consistent with other functions called
Insert and/or Update. Also, it removes the ambiguity whether
Put expects that an entry already exists or not, in particular because
it differed from nsTHashtable::PutEntry in that regard.

f25e1c0093 Bug 1691589 - Reduce reliance on GeckoProfiler.h when only labels (and maybe markers) are needed - r=necko-reviewers,geckoview-reviewers,sg,agi,florian 
There are no code changes, only #include changes.
It was a fairly mechanical process: Search for all "AUTO_PROFILER_LABEL", and in each file, if only labels are used, convert "GeckoProfiler.h" into "ProfilerLabels.h" (or just add that last one where needed).
In some files, there were also some marker calls but no other profiler-related calls, in these cases "GeckoProfiler.h" was replaced with both "ProfilerLabels.h" and "ProfilerMarkers.h", which still helps in reducing the use of the all-encompassing "GeckoProfiler.h".

a70ecb7afa Bug 1689734 - Further restrict ScriptPreloader use of CompileOptions. r=kmag,arai 
The JS CompileOptions used to load cache entries must be consistent with
eachother to avoid subtle and serious bugs. This adds additional checks and
makes more consistent use of `FillCompileOptionsForCachedScript`.

This patch is a refactoring and should not change any behaviour.

6ef1a05a25 Bug 1689734 - Cleanup lazy-source in nsFrameMessageManager if using ScriptPreloader. r=kmag 
For consistency with other uses of the ScriptPreloader, we ensure we use lazy
script source when compiling for the cache. This generates full bytecode for
the cache but also avoids saving a copy of the source. If the frame script
were to call Function.prototype.toString, the existing source-hook would load
it in the same way as the JSM loader. In practice, we avoid relying on this
in our chrome code. If we will not be writing to the cache, we can instead
compile with the JS syntax parser, similar to what we do for JSM loader.

2fbce8b1f6 Bug 1655714 - Add TYPE_INTERNAL_FRAME_MESSAGEMANAGER_SCRIPT and use in TryCacheLoadAndCompileScript(), r=kmag 
The main point of this change is to not use TYPE_OTHER in `TryCacheLoadAndCompileScript()`,
for extra clarity, we're not using a catch-all TYPE_INTERNAL_SCRIPT.
This is why the changeset introduces a new type TYPE_INTERNAL_FRAME_MESSAGEMANAGER_SCRIPT
which in itself adds lots of changes to various files.

def0a5a477 Bug 1631358 - remove CPOW support in the message manager, r=mccr8 
This commit:

- removes sendRpcMessage, which was unused;
- removes the CPOW argument to sendAsyncMessage, broadcastAsyncMessage, and
  sendSyncMessage;
- removes the aIsSync argument used internally to distinguish sendRpcMessage
  and sendSyncMessage;
- removes CPOW tests;
- updates the few remaining callsites that use more than 2 arguments in
  sendAsyncMessage for the removal of the cpows argument.
