7c628ff3ec Stylesheets should know what their principal is, and it should be based on theURI the sheet was loaded from, its certificate (if any) and the loaderprincipal, not just on the page the sheet is being applied to. Propagate thisprincipal as the loading principal to @import loads from stylesheets. Changesheet access checks to use this principal instead of the sheet URI. 35eb4789cb Bug 309521

sync and which return async, move the handling of alternates more completely
