5f10adf831 Turn off jstests during |make check| on configs which turned tinderbox orange (no bug, r=jimb,orange) CLOSED TREE 
The bad configs are:
   - windows with either --disable-tracejit or --disable-methodjit
   - mac with --enable-dtrace
