edaa1f88eb Correct fix for OS/2 bustage (and make it apply to all platforms), since the OS/2 compiler is correct according to C++ 11.8, clause 1, which says "The members of a nested class have no special access to members of an enclosing class...". b=83774 2003-03-19 15:37:58 +00:00

ba58162e96 Remove nsIStyleContext (bug 114713), r/sr=dbaron. Changed lots of methods to use nsStyleContext* or already_AddRefed<nsStyleContext> as return values, depending on whether a reference is returned. 1b5d7ba589 r=troy. Fix for bugs 8131, 13325. 
- We no longer display alternate content for broken images inside image
- We only display the image loading icon during the initial load of an image not if its src attribute is changed via the DOM.
- In AttributeChanged(), se don't call ContentChanged() on the document to reflow the image frame but call the parent frame's ReflowDirtyChild() method instead.
