1185309a8d ifdef CSS animations so that the feature can be backed out by flipping the switches in configure.in and then reverting the changes to the following four files appropriately: nsIDOMCSS2Properties.idl, nsIDOMCSSRule.idl, property_database.js, test_transitions_computed_values.html.
