ecc3c2550a Bug 1525179 - Use aboutaddons.html at the root of about:addons. r=robwu 
- Moved aboutaddons.html at the root of the about:addons page
- renamed aboutaddons.js `initialize` global function to `initializeView` (and renamed `show` and `hide` global functions accordingly)
- Simplify initial load logic a bit more:
  - remove gCategories
  - moved responsability of the CategoriesBox initialization to the `initializationView` function
  - replaced initialization logic based on `gPendingInitializations` and `notifyInitialized` with
    a `promiseInitialized` global resolved when `initializeView` method has been called and its return value resolved
- Fix test helpers and test failures
  - InlineOptionsBrowser: take into account that browser-custom-element does opt-in the delayedConnectedCallback behavior
    and browser.loadURI may throw if called while the document is still loading.

46d24f2589 Bug 1650835 - Add support for a "button-and-view" widget type. r=jaws 
This widget will be used for the profiler button. The profiler button is a
two-part widget with both a command and a view. The command starts/stops the
profiler, but the starting/stopping can also be performed from inside the view.
The dropmarker button shows the view.
When this widget is located in the panel, the start/stop action is only
accessible via the view and there is no "quick-action" command.

The structure of the widget is as follows:

toolbaritem.toolbaritem-combined-buttons
 - toolbarbutton.toolbarbutton-1
 - toolbarbutton.toolbarbutton-1.toolbarbutton-combined-buttons-dropmarker

The dropmarker icon is the toolbarbutton icon of the second toolbarbutton.
The dropmarker button is only shown in the toolbar or in the customize palette.
It is hidden when the widget is located in the panel.
In the toolbar, the hover effect of the dropmarker needs to have the same height
as the hover effect of the regular button. However, due to the different image
size (12x12 instead of 16x16) it requires more vertical padding.

Take a step towards replacing the encoding menu with a single menu item that
triggers the autodetection manually. However, don't remove anything for now.

* Add an autodetect item.
* Add telemetry for autodetect used in session.
* Add telemetry for non-autodetect used in session.
* Restore and revise telemetry for how the encoding that is being overridden
  was discovered.

136e604164 Bug 1635914 - Move active flag handling explicitly to BrowsingContext. r=nika 
And have it mirror in the parent process more automatically.

The docShellIsActive setter in the browser-custom-element side needs to
be there rather than in the usual DidSet() calls because the
AsyncTabSwitcher code relies on getting an exact amount of notifications
as response to that specific setter. Not pretty, but...

BrowserChild no longer sets IsActive() on the docshell itself for OOP
iframes. This fixes bug 1679521. PresShell activeness is used to
throttle rAF as well, which handles OOP iframes nicely as well.

068da3c345 Bug 1669483 - Restore keyboard navigation to WhatsNewPanel footer r=Jamie,andreio 
`oncommand` has been replaced with `onclick` for the checkbox in the WhatsNewPanel footer. `oncommand` was
causing the checkbox state to get out of sync with the pref when the keyboard was used. Since PanelMultiView treats
'enter' and 'space' presses as click events, using `onclick` gives us keyboard navigation while keeping the
pref in sync.

These events are fired for all parent process documents by the code that
handles native mousewheel events. This change adds listeners to those events
and handles them similarly to how they are handled for browsers.
