08cf248d25 Bug 1619656 - Drop the separate recording of _shortName in the search service, use the telemetry Id instead. r=daleharvey 
The _shortName variable is basically redundant, and we can transfer the remaining 'identifier' handling across to the telemetry Id as they were virtually the same.

42714c6feb Bug 1567275 - Don't display the search related context items if the search service is not initialized yet. r=daleharvey. 
This also moves gInitialised into SearchService, as it no longer needs to be separate, and it makes changing it for tests easier.

1ab5d5f92a Bug 1537719 - move page zoom tests and make them more reliable, r=morgan 
This moves a bunch of tests over to a topical directory, and removes the
linux/windows running restrictions around browser_bug1015721.js
(now browser_mousewheel_zoom.js), given that it appears to run fine on try
and there are no recent logs with which we can diagnose failures.

It switches away from using FullZoom.reset repeatedly in the background_zoom
test because that trips https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1604236
which breaks subsequent tests.

572fa719bf Bug 1649532 - Port DecoderDoctor notifications to fission. r=Gijs 
Port handling of DecoderDoctor notifications for fission. This is done by moving
the observing of 'decoder-doctor-notification' from browser-media.js to fission
friendly actors.

As browser-media.js had only code related to this patch left it is removed along
with references to it. Same with ContentObservers.js.
