f2b24d64e9 Bug 1777982 - Propagate flags from original property to aliases. r=AlaskanEmily
Even we don't have internal aliases right now (and that seems a bit
silly) we do have pref-gated aliases. An alias ID passed to IsEnabled
with the wrong EnabledState would misbehave, assert, and crash.

Though we don't have such callers in the tree because InspectorUtils
passes only arguments that make us not look at the flags, it seems more
reliable this way.

f1d6e24e61 Bug 1762088 - Implement parsing / serialization for container{,-type,-name} CSS properties. r=firefox-style-system-reviewers,layout-reviewers,boris
Two noteworthy details that may seem random otherwise:

 * Moving values around in nsStyleDisplay is needed so that the struct
remains under the size limit that we have to avoid jumping allocator
   buckets.

 * All the test expectation churn is because tests depend on
`container-type: size` parsing to run, and now they run. Tests for
the relevant bits I implemented are passing, with the only exception
of some `container-name-computed.html` failures which are
   https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/7181. Safari agrees with
   us there.

Other notes when looking at the spec and seeing how it matches the
implementation:

 * `container` syntax doesn't match spec, but matches tests and sanity:
   https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/7180

 * `container-type` syntax doesn't _quite_ match spec, but matches tests
and I think it's a spec bug since the definition for the missing
   keyword is gone:
   https://github.com/w3c/csswg-drafts/issues/7179

902029584f Bug 737785 - Un-prefix -moz-tab-size (keeping the prefixed version as an alias for now). r=layout-reviewers,dholbert
This results in lots of new WPT test passes.

There were also a couple of WPT tests that turned out to be broken;
tab-size-inline-001 and -002 had errors in their reference files such
that they'd never pass anywhere. So those are fixed here.

e2fcee8524 Bug 1704332 - Move moz-control-character-visibility out of mako, and remove support for gecko_pref_controlled_initial_value. r=xidorn
No behavior change, just cleanup. Actually seem this technically _adds_ some code even
though it's a cleanup, but that's mostly because of the wrapping of the
derive list. The resulting code is simpler (more in-line with our usual
things, so I think it's an improvement).

31b8ca9716 Bug 1654103: Standardize on Black for Python code in mozilla-central.
Allow-list all Python code in tree for use with the black linter, and re-format all code in-tree accordingly.

To produce this patch I did all of the following:

1. Make changes to tools/lint/black.yml to remove include: stanza and update list of source extensions.

2. Run ./mach lint --linter black --fix

3. Make some ad-hoc manual updates to python/mozbuild/mozbuild/test/configure/test_configure.py -- it has some hard-coded line numbers that the reformat breaks.

4. Make some ad-hoc manual updates to `testing/marionette/client/setup.py`, `testing/marionette/harness/setup.py`, and `testing/firefox-ui/harness/setup.py`, which have hard-coded regexes that break after the reformat.

5. Add a set of exclusions to black.yml. These will be deleted in a follow-up bug (1672023).
