27b6c91f73 Bug 1718436 - Don't register the "Recently Closed Tabs" middle click handler for menuitems, r=Gijs 
This causes us to handle middle clicks twice for menuitems, which results in us
opening two recent tabs instead of one. The regressing bug dealt with similar
problems in D112046.

This also updates the other RecentlyClosedTabsAndWindowsMenuUtils.get*Fragment
caller to use the full function names instead of strings.

63fdc38d2a Bug 1679194 - browser_backfwd_enabled_post_customize.js should wait until the state of back and forward buttons has changed, r=annyG 
When session history (and bfcache) run in the parent process, things happening there are less asynchronous vs. having session history
in the child process.

The fix is such that if the disabled state doesn't change, then the test will just time out.

c5c4a2fb76 Bug 1705049 - Update chevron/overflow menu animation. r=mconley 
* New filmstrip animation svg. It animates between the currentColor and attention color. We *could* do this via a CSS animation changing the fill value over time, but my understanding is to ensure animation happens on the compositor/GPU, the filmstrip is the better way to go.

5ff281822f Bug 1703860 - Fix some tests that fail when enabling Proton doorhangers and contextmenus. r=jaws 
This updates browser_989751_subviewbutton_class.js to be usable with the new structure of the
Developer Tools panel, and updates browser_overflow_use_subviews.js to use the Library button
instead of the Developer Tools button to avoid having to switch on IDs based on whether or not
Proton is enabled.

don't need those Mac-specific checks.
