82f7e7134b Bug 896138 patch 6: Move restyle management code from nsFrameManager to RestyleManager. r=heycam 
This is the second of two big chunks of code moved into the new
RestyleManager class from another sources.

Note that the undisplayed map remains in nsFrameManager, although it
could perhaps have moved.

868d2c33cd Bug 729519 - Allocate heap nsFrameLists from the shell arena. r=bzbarsky 
"new nsFrameList()" becomes "new (shell) nsFrameList()".
"delete list" becomes "if (list) list->Delete(shell)" - note also that
an additional assertion was added that list is empty when deleted.

"nsAutoPtr<nsFrameList> list(StealSomeFrames())" becomes
"AutoFrameListPtr list(aPresContext, StealSomeFrames())"

a23c632b48 Bug 781360 patch 1: Rename nsStyleContext::GetRuleNode to RuleNode, since it can never return null. r=dholbert 
This makes it conform to our convention that getters returning pointers
that can never be null do not begin with "Get".

nsStyleContext's rule node is never null because we require a rule node
in order to construct a style context.

47547920c7 Bug 223764: Inlines inside inlines that draw text-decorations shouldn't alter the baseline. (r=dbaron) 
We add a baseline field to nsInlineFrame and modify
nsLineLayout::BeginSpan to take a pointer to a baseline to update. This
also means that nsFirstLetterFrame no longer needs to update its own
baseline, and instead should just pass its own field along.
